ONYE OZUZU
Onye Ozuzu, MFA (dance) from Florida State University, is a performing artist, choreographer, teacher, and researcher. In 1997 Onye co-founded Skeleton Dance Project with Trebien Pollard. Her body of work fuses modern dance, West African dance, Japanese and Chinese martial arts, and Butoh. She is currently an Associate Professor in theatre and dance at the University of Colorado at Boulder, from where she continues to travel to perform, teach, and choreograph.
KAT GURLEY
Kat Gurley was born in Boston, Ma., where she began dancing at the age of five. She graduated with a BFA in performance and choreography from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Kat has trained in ballet, jazz, modern, hip hop, salsa, and West African. She is currently a member of Skeleton Dance Project directed by Onye Ozuzu and Kissidugu directed by Fara Tolno, both located in Boulder, CO. She resides in Boulder where she dances, teaches yoga, and works with kids.

Michael Dixon is from San Diego, CA, and received a MFA from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is predominantly a figurative painter but has also ventured into performance art and video art. As a bi-racial person of color, Dixon explores the personal, societal, and aesthetic struggles of belonging to both "white" and "black" racial and cultural identities, yet simultaneously belonging fully to neither. He is currently an Assistant Professor in painting at Albion College in Albion, MI.
